November

Ahh....November...holidays, colder weather, sweaters, scarves and coats.....

...but not here! Today it reached 85 and I got sun burnt while playing
tennis! This morning on the way to breakfast the birds were singing and
the squirrels were playing tag on the grass. I think
Florida is mixed up with what time of year it is, the sun is getting
brighter each day....and I love it!

Kimi!! You and I are sooo different! I just love the cold weather! Earlier this week it was really cold over here , and it made me so happy! It is quite cold, though, walking in downtime Bellingham during work, but with Starbucks a few blocks down serving eggnog latte's, well, it's definetly worth it!

I can't say I enjoy the cold more than the sunshine, but I do LOVE the change of seasons...glad you are enjoying your weather, I am definately looking forward to snow! Did you receive my letter?

I am glad you are enjoying the warm weather. I personally am very happy the rain has come again here. Pumpkin pie, long nights for staying in, going to sleep to the sound of the rain and so much more means fall to me. I really love it. But I guess every place has it charm and I am sure warm weather can grow on you!

Kimi, you don't know what you're missing out on in the great Northwest up here! I feel so sorry for you that you have to miss out on these beautiful blustery days of rain and wind ... they are simply fabulous!

who was telling me to go to bed??!! haha, I probably should have listened to your advice ... as I should probably do now, too. I have a habit of staying up too late ... but it's marvelous fun!

In some ways I envy you Kimmi with all that sunshine and warm weather, but there is something very nice about the rain and wind that drives one indoors to read a good book and sip hot chocolate.....
miss you
